Teen Manga Contest

Show off your skills in the Manga Contest!

Get ready to draw – LPL Teen is holding a manga drawing contest, and we want to see your art!

From October 1st to October 31st, teen artists can submit one piece of manga art to join the contest. Submissions will be displayed in the LPL teen space and on library social media for voting from November 9th to November 23rd. The winning artist in each category will receive a pack of manga-making supplies as a prize!

What kind of art can I enter?

Traditional art must be no larger than a standard piece of printer paper. Digital art must be no larger than 2550×3300 pixels. Because this is a manga drawing contest, your art must also be in that style. Everything else is up to you!

How do I join?

Send us your art by Monday, October 31st! There are two ways to enter:

  • Join online with this form
    • After filling out your information, the form will let you upload a file.
  • Drop it off in person at the 2nd floor Reference Desk
How do I vote?

Be sure to check out all the amazing entries once submissions have ended! Each piece of art will be displayed at 8.5×11″ in the 2nd floor teen space for viewers to enjoy. Pick your favorite and cast a vote in person, or look at all the artwork & vote online via the library Instagram, Facebook, and the Teen Discord.
