Movement at the Museum – Yoga

Join us Friday, August 28 for our next Movement at the Museum – Yoga.  Heidi L. Audet from Chill Yoga will be leading participants in an All Levels Vinyasa Flow yoga class that offers a peaceful breathing practice linked with gentle stretches and dynamic yoga poses.  Participants will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Please bring a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable stretchy clothes suitable for exercise or movement; if the weather is nice, we will have class outside!
