Exhibit: Emerging Artists Artists: Tree Street Youth Opening & Reception: March 2, 3pm-6pm The youth of Tree Street Youth bring you their first forays into the world of visual arts and using it as a means of personal expression. Tree Street Youth supports the youth of Lewiston-Auburn, Maine through academics, the arts and athletics. They provide Lewiston-Auburn youth with a safe space that encourages healthy physical, social, emotional, and academic development while building unity across lines of difference. www.tree-street-youth.org

L/A Arts is proud to announce that the space that Gallery 5 operated out of at 49 Lisbon St. in Lewiston is now transitioning to becoming an independent commercial gallery. The current exhibit will be coming down a little sooner than expected and the space will reopen in the beginning of March under the new name Lyceum Gallery. Tammie Grieshaber will be the owner and curator for Lyceum Gallery and she has some wonderful plans! Not to worry Gallery 5 will be back in the very near future in a new space bringing exemplary visual arts to the Lewiston/Auburn community and adding to the revitalization of Lisbon Street. L/A Arts is very happy to have been one of the catalysts for Lyceum Gallery and we look forward to working with them in the future!
