UNICORNS, DRAGONS, AND MERMAIDS, OH MY!

Join us at the Lewiston Public Library for “Unicorns, Dragons, and Mermaids, Oh My!” a mythical creature party from 12PM-2PM on Saturday, November 1st in Callahan Hall!

The party will feature free face painting for kids and a variety of different activity stations where kids can create their own fairytale skirt, design a magical egg, craft buildable pens, decorate lanterns and bookmarks, and enjoy free snacks! You can also have your picture taken with our unicorn and dragon friends.

Unicorns, Dragons, and Mermaids, Oh My is a fundraising event in support of READy to Grow: LPL’s Campaign for Kids to renovate the Children’s Department. Our vision is to provide generations of Lewiston’s youth with an inspiring place to play, grow, and explore while remaining respectful of our rich history and reflecting the cultures and traditions of modern-day Lewiston. When you use a library, you join a community. Libraries are a vital resource, providing a space where families and children can connect, and access needed resources. It’s time for the Children’s Department to grow in order to better serve families. Your donation can help us make the Children’s Department a more welcoming, appealing, and exciting destination!

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public with a suggested donation of $25+. All supplies are provided, and no registration is required.
