Movement at the Museum – Learn to Juggle

Join us on Friday, July 31 from 5-6pm for our first Movement at the Museum in our new location at 1 Beech Street in Lewiston and Learn to Juggle!  Our instructor, Michael Menes is a Maine based professional juggler with 50 years of experience. Learn the basics of several types of juggling including a basic cascade pattern and other forms of therapeutic juggling like Chinese medicinal palm rolling. You will leave with a new understanding of how objects of different shapes, sizes and weights lead to different movement potentials and vocabularies. Beginners are welcome.
