Hughie & Gene
These two one-act plays have unlucky characters and a notable playwright in common. Eugene O’Neill wrote Hughie, a conversation between a small-time hustler and a hotel night clerk. Patrick Reilly ’21 directs. In Ron Hirsen’s Gene, directed by Deon Custard ’21, a one-time actor desperately tries to connect with his old friend O’Neill. FMI 207-786-6161.
