Franco-American Fiddlers’ Rendezvous
Kennedy Park in Lewiston will be ringing with the sound of fiddling when the Franco-American Fiddlers’ Rendezvous will take place this coming August 8, beginning at 1 PM. Musicians for this free concert include Don and Cindy Roy, Erica and Matt Shipman, Steve Muise and Robert Sylvain of Boréal Tordu, Pam Weeks of Ti Acadie, and Greg Boardman, appearing with Neil Pearlman. All are well-known for their skill in and passion for French-flavored dance music and song. This event is free and open to the public and is sponsored by LA Arts and the Maine Arts Commission.
