Dan Cake, Painter
Exhibit Dates: December 7- January 7

About the Artist

I began the creative process at an early age. In school art was my favorite class. For the most part I was self taught through high school. I attended the Portland School of Art and then worked in graphics in the Navy. I made a living as a graphic artist for my entire life but continued with fine art experimenting in different methods, mediums and ideas. Today realism seems to have a hold on me and gives me the challenge I need.

About the Show
I have been doing Santa paintings for a number of years just for the fun of it. Art does not always have to be serious.
