Medium: Photography. Black and white traditional silver gelatin.

Tell us about your work: I use traditional darkroom processes for silver gelatin film and paper for my photographs. I specialize in portraits and artistic nudes in black and white. While I am drawn to classic figure work I also like to explore the possibilities of the figure combined with other elements and moods. I am fascinated by all of the interrelated shapes, forms, textures amazing forms, patterns, moods, and emotions, the human body can convey. I primarily use black and white photography because I believe for the most part that form and structure are enhanced when color does not dominate the image.
