Tell us about your work:
I am a Maine native and the author, illustrator, and creative mind behind Lichendia, a woodland fairyland rising from the pages of Binding Tales children’s books. Binding Tales launched in 2019, with eight self-published interactive paperback books that engage children in the creative process of writing and illustrating their own storybook. I will soon finish and publish my first fully illustrated, hardcover children’s book, with pictures felted entirely out of wool. From Farm to Bookshelf. The limited first edition is now available for pre-sale. Also available to buy are handmade felted items and DIY felting kits. Calm your mind and fuel your own creativity by learning how to needle and/or wet felt, with Lichendia felting kits. Instructions are provided, and live virtual classes are also offered.
